Issues that staff bring to counselling Staff approach our Service with a wide range of issues (not all work related) and we can respond sensitively to a diverse range of concerns people may have. Initial contact We will offer you an assessment appointment that will take place at a time when you indicated you are available. Waiting times Waiting times for counselling change throughout the year. Cancellations If you need to cancel an appointment please email us giving us at least 48 hours notice. Evaluation We welcome feedback from staff who use our Service. Employee Assistance Programme EAP The University is currently working in partnership with MCL Medics to offer counselling appointments to our staff, through the introduction of the Employee Assistance Programme.
