We will offer you a one-off consultation at a time when you indicated you are available.

What happens?

We will email you to offer you this appointment.   Emails will be sent to your University email account or an alternative email account if requested.

Next Steps

At the end of the one-off consultation,  you and your counsellor will decide what the best steps are.  At the moment* one or more of the following:

  • reccomendations for self help
  • a referral to another University service
  • a referral to an external service
