If you have any questions about the service you are receiving from the EAP (e.g. when you can expect to hear about an appointment) then please contact MCL Medics direct via their email address 

MCL Medics routinely seek feedback from clients about their experience for evaluation purposes.  If you are unhappy with any aspect of the EAP service then please raise any complaints/concerns with Dr Michelle Wareing (Service Manager) at MCL Medics at:

Please bear in mind that the Staff Counselling Service is available on Tuesdays, Thursdays (until 1.30pm) and Fridays so if your enquiry is urgent then it’s best to contact MCL Medics direct.
